The production version would come in 2017.
Sherco, the French-Spanish motorcycle maker known for off-road and enduro motorcycles, presented the Sherco Prototype 300 SEi-R at the ongoing EICMA 2014. The production version of the motorcycle is likely to come out in 2017, as revealed by an information display.

The 300 SEi-R rests on a Chrome-Molybdenum half perimeter frame and is suspended by 48 mm WP telescopic forks at the front and a multi-adjustable shock absorber for the rear. The front and rear get aluminium rims with steel spokes and feature Michelin’s Enduro Competition tube. The front wheel is a 21-inch unit while the rear is an 18-incher.
The 300 SEi-R has a generous ground clearance of 355 mm and weighs a mere 105 kg. The off-roader features a 9.5 liter fuel tank and a 1,480 mm wheelbase.
